Best of Cosplay returns after many months. I rebuilt GeekTyrant from scratch so I kinda had my hands full. Best of Cosplay will return to a weekly schedule.
Felicia Hardy, aka Black Cat, has many similarities to DC's Catwoman. Both are master thieves, dress in tight black outfits, have cat in their name, wear masks, have super gymnastic abilities, and have an off-again on-again relationship with a masked hero. One very unique thing to Black Cat is she manages to make white hair hot.

Princess Leia - Best of Cosplay Collection
No Star Wars "Slave Leia" in this "Best of Cosplay Collection," because it's overdone and often oversexualized. This collection focuses on the clothes Princess Leia chose to wear, not what she was forced to wear as entertainment for Jabba the Hutt.

X-Men's Rogue - 2014 Best of Cosplay Collection
We launched "Best of Cosplay" over a year ago and it has been a great success. The very first post was on X-Men's Rogue and since then, lots more great cosplay have come out and I've gotten better at finding them. I plan to keep these collections updated yearly on top of adding new ones.

Captain America - Best of Cosplay Collection
Recently we posted an all female Captain America best of cosplay. The guys seem to have kept mostly to the movie versions. I found a couple of cosplay artists that have done the comic book version too, but as good as they are, I think the movie adaptions look better. I've seen a few Winter Soldier versions of Captain America, but the photography was not that great. I'm sure there will a lot of good ones at the next San Diego Comic-Con.
